Complaints
Unfortunately, there are sometimes occasions when people are unhappy with the service they receive from the school. At Bishops Nympton, we always aim to resolve any issues through shared discussion. In rare circumstances dialogue does not resolve the concern and, once all avenues have been exhausted, the complaints procedure may be invoked.
